Learning Objectives:	Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Understand basic project management concepts, terminology, and procedures. Prepare project objectives and plan a project timeline. Understand and manage the people-related issues in successful project management. Develop and manage a plan for project implementation.
Description:	The project manager must often control, organize, staff, and direct a project that will require constant reappraisal. This course is designed for the individual with the responsibility of taking a project from concept to completion.
