MDR Express CheckUp

Welcome to the Measuring Diversity Results (MDR) Express CheckUptm process! This quick, step-by-step, interactive analyzer is designed to help you evaluate your current diversity initiatives and processes to decide the level(s) of diversity measurement you require.

It was created by Dr. Edward E. Hubbard, noted diversity metrics pioneer, to help you link your diversity initiatives to organizational performance and financial return-on-investment (ROI). During the check up Dr. Hubbard serves as your Personal Diversity Metrics Coach and Guide to create a basic set of diversity metrics.
