Each level requires attending a 2 - 3 day H&H certification workshop and completing an on-the-job certification project in which the outcomes are measured and evaluated by our staff review board. Certification at levels I through II allows the Certified Internal Diversity Professional to teach Diversity Awareness and Diversity Leadership Skills ROI-based Workshops using our materials and assessment tools. Higher levels of certification builds organization analysis and performance consulting skills and competencies. The following levels of certification are available: Foundation Level Certification (Certified Diversity Trainer)
Intermediate Level Certification (Certified Diversity Advisor)

DM&P Internal Diversity Professional Certifications Awarded
For those seeking certification, completion of the following competency training levels is required for FULL certification for each area of expertise. Certified Internal Diversity Trainer § Level 1: Teaching Diversity Awareness, Business Impact Concepts and Assessing Individual Behavior § Level 2: Teaching Diversity Management & Leadership Skills
Certified Internal Diversity Advisor § Level 3: Developing Effective Diversity Advisory Board Skills § Level 4: Diversity Culture and System Audit Processes
All certifications require an on-the-job practicum. In addition, each level of training includes our signature diversity measurement and business integration processes built in such that the Internal Diversity Professional can measure and report the business impact and results of their interventions. We feel this is a significant advantage over traditional diversity facilitation training. They are designed to meet the schedule and unique training demands of organizations. They can be held at your location or our training site.
Conducting an On-Demand Diversity Certification workshop at your location, a near by hotel or at our Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc. training center site provides the flexibility to meet the learning and scheduling needs of diversity professionals. We can provide training for an entire team or we can train as few as three people.
