Confidential 360 Degree Feedback Assessments Online - You will be given a User Name, Password and URL to log into your own confidential assessment. You can have up to 10 Respondents give you feedback. You will receive a comprehensive 45+page report detailing your ratings. In addition, you will receive a computerized Individual Development Plan (IDP) System (that is also password protected) which will help you analyze your scores and guide you through specific action you can take to improve.
