Overview Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., an international organization and human performance-consulting corporation, with offices headquartered in the San Francisco bay area and additional offices located throughout the United States and overseas, is a leader in diversity measurement processes. Each year, the Hubbard Diversity Measurement & Productivity Institute (an organization dedicated to advancing techniques to improve organizational performance utilizing the full spectrum of diversity) seeks a limited number of joint research projects to help organizations meet their strategic business objectives and further the field of diversity. How Does It Work?Utilizing state-of-the-art and state-of-the-practice diversity processes and measurement techniques, the Hubbard Diversity Measurement & Productivity Institute (Hubbard DM&P institute) and the organization involved work together to select a strategic business objective area for improvement. These joint research projects may include analyzing areas such as reducing the turnover of high potential employees, improving market penetration in ethnic markets and products, increasing diverse work team productivity, reducing cycle time, increasing quality, improving customer service, etc. How Do We Get Started?Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc. would propose a joint diversity research project to work with you and your organization to help solve a key strategic business challenges utilizing diversity. To get started, all it takes is a 30-45 minute conversation to clarify your strategic business objectives, your success criteria and to explain our process. We can also help you computerize your diversity measurement process to help you save time and enhance your analysis and interpretation process. How Much Does It Cost?As part of a win-win strategy, the Hubbard DM&P institute will significantly reduce its consulting fees for the work performed in exchange for an agreement to jointly publish the research findings to further the diversity field. Mutual agreement would be reached regarding protecting the confidentiality of organization information, even to the point of making a generic organization case. This relationship would be itemized in the project's scope of work.
